Whether you’re looking to become an instructor, deepen your understanding of the Lagree Method, or grow your confidence as a coach, this training is designed to give you the knowledge and hands-on experience you need to succeed.

💥 Your certification includes:
• Official Lagree Level 1 Certification

• Cueing, form corrections, sequencing & programming
• Understanding the evolution from Lagree 1.0 to 2.0
• Pre- and post-training support
• FREE 10-class pack at Core Precision
• Studio access to practice after training

One of my favorite parts of this program is what happens after certification. I continue working with you through routine building, mock teaching, and personalized feedback so you feel confident stepping into your first classes.

@coreprecisionyl clients hate to see me coming 📸

People literally groan and scoff when I walk in the door 😂. But I appreciate @coreprecisionyl for the opportunity to show the best parts of the studio and also make people laugh and smile through Lagree humor and awesome content!
