Confirmed Intermediate Team‼️

With over two decades of experience, team “Silverbacks” has seen it all. Though their combine age is over 100 don’t count out these grisly vets.

The intermediate division is looking deep.

Happy to host Corey and Mike for another great throwdown at 306!

A veteran of the sport. Probably the fittest school teach in Saskatoon. Sarah is back again, and you can count on two things. A full effort, and a friendly smile.

Can’t wait to see Sarah throwdown with the best females around at our second annual One More Rep!

Come for 26.3… 🔥
Stay for the potluck, fist bumps, high fives, drinks, and dance moves. 💃🏼 🕺🏻

The music says move, move, shake, shake and drop… 🎶
But at Ashlar it’s more like burpee, burpee, clean and thruster. 🤣💪

This discussion section is always the place to end up when trying to get a full understanding of the gauge of what’s what. You have ppl in the know and you have ppl who are not an everything in between. The you have options of all sorts at times that make you wonder and think about you own personal stance and feelings.

Well this one is up in the air. I feel the teens should be paid $5,000 as a prize purse for 1st along with the scholarship for the L1 & L2. They could even tie it in so that after they pass and achieve the L1 &or L2 that’s when they get that payout. Either way it covers both. Tier down 2nd and 3rd in Cash payout like $1500/ $750 respectively with the same L1 & L2 requirements. Just some thoughts. What are yours?

What are your thoughts and tag or forward to a teen athlete and let’s get their perspective too. Also I am curious how their parents feels as well.
