By spreading your weight evenly, they help engage the right muscles and maintain alignment. 👟Choosing the right shoes isn’t just about comfort—it’s about safety and effectiveness in your workouts. Running shoes with a heel lift are great for forward momentum, but in strength training, they can throw off your balance and form, especially in exercises like squats and deadlifts. Flat shoes, on the other hand, help keep your feet planted and stable, allowing you to better distribute your weight and activate the correct muscles. So, next time you’re lifting, try a pair of flat shoes. You might feel a world of difference! What’s your go-to workout shoe ? #workouttips #gymtips #workoutmotivation #workoutshoes #gymrats #gymlife

🇺🇸It’s often the everyday, unglamorous moments that lay the foundation for our success. We tend to celebrate the occasional achievements, the big wins, and the grand gestures, but it’s the consistent, small efforts we put in day after day that truly shape our journey. Imagine building a sturdy house – it’s not about the occasional flashy brick, but the countless bricks laid meticulously, one by one, that create a solid structure. Similarly, in life, it’s not about what we do once in a while, but what we do constantly, that defines our path and leads us to our goals. So, keep at it, stay committed, and remember that those daily efforts are what truly make a difference in the long run.

I’m back on my bullshit 😂🤪💪🏼💪🏼 I’m thankful for the support I’ve been given on this journey. I’m now leg pressing 330lbs! I’ve started squating! I’m on a roll really. Especially thankful for the gym homies and the people who are cheering me on from home. Thank you 🖤
