BAR MUSCLE UPS 💪🔥 A bar muscle up takes you from hanging beneath the bar to supporting yourself above it, finishing with your arms straight. It combines three key stages: ✅ The pull — pulling yourself high enough to get your chest towards and over the bar. ✅ The transition — bringing your shoulders above the bar as your wrists turn over. ✅ The press — pushing yourself up to finish with straight arms. You’ll work your back, shoulders, arms, chest and core, developing upper-body strength, grip, coordination and body control. Kipping muscle ups use a controlled swing and hip drive to help create upward momentum. Strict muscle ups remove that swing and demand more pulling and pressing strength. Working towards your first one? We coach the foundations, from controlled swings and strong pull-ups to transition drills and straight-bar dips. Progressions for your level, with coaching throughout 👊 7 day FREE trial. Link in bio 🔥 #CommandoFitBristol #BarMuscleUps
