Isometric Strength. Real Performance.

Today’s focus on the Pure Torque was isometric holds.

Why?

Because before an athlete can produce explosive power, they must first be able to create and control force.

Today’s isometric holds help athletes:
💥 Build rotational strength.
⚾ Improve hitting and throwing mechanics.
🥎 Develop a stronger, more stable core.
🏐 Increase force transfer from the ground through the hips and torso.
🛡️ Improve body control and help reduce injury risk.

No flashy movements.
No wasted reps.
Just intentional training that creates stronger, more explosive athletes.

Strength is earned one second at a time.

USSSA World Series… 3rd out of 26. Not bad — but let’s be clear, we didn’t show up to almost win. We know we’re built different and the job’s not finished. 6-1-1, battled every game, cooked in the heat, and still made noise. 😤 Love this squad — PGF is next and we’re coming to collect what’s ours. 💣💥

Had a great weekend ended up winning the championship. Played the best before Utah so hopefully we can bring that into Utah for the tournament.😁

Makenzie working getting low on her load!
Did the bucket drill for a few then full pitch trying to get her butt close to the bucket 😜
The majority of the lesson and part I didn’t get to record today was her change up- we spent a lot of time on it- working on getting it consistent and on the same plane as her fastball to deceive those hitter !!

Way to work hard Makenzie!
Always proud of you!
Keep grinding!
