Last month my friends and I attended a DIY nature infused body oil workshop with @unearthbodycare at @daughterscoffeeandbooks and had a fun time creating and catching up! We were able to choose from numerous essential oils, fragrance oils, and herbal and floral infusions to make our oil blend. Outside of creating my own bottle, I appreciate the owner and host LaDonna providing us with notes safety tips for each item in case of an allergy or special circumstance. She also encouraged us to declare affirmations and further customize our oil by giving it a name. I love how mine turned out: I used apricot herbal oil and sunflower oil, rose petals, forget me nots, and mango coconut milk and it is so moisturizing and fragrant.

Y’all know I love a good group activity so stay tuned for more happenings around Durham!

SN: @unearthbodycare will have a DIY body scrub class next weekend (12/13/2025) and there are still a few spots left!
