I’ve had some incredible nights since starting Sweetwater Social, but last night might be the one I’m most proud of.

I love the big events. I love making hundreds of pizzas, working alongside my wife & friends, moving nonstop, and being so busy I barely have time to look up.

But last night was different.

60+ pizzas. Just me. Sold out.

And somehow, in the middle of all of it, I got to actually slow down enough to talk with so many of you. To hear the compliments. To meet the people eating my pizza. To see familiar faces come back and new ones try Sweetwater for the first time.

That meant more to me than I can really put into words.

Crestline, you couldn’t have been more kind, welcoming, and supportive. Last night reminded me why I started doing this in the first place.

I drove home tired as hell, but incredibly proud.

Love y’all, Crestline. ❤️🍕

I really hope I get to come back soon.

WE’RE BACK. 🍕🔥

We took a little time away, but we weren’t sitting still.

We’ve been working behind the scenes, rethinking ingredients and making Sweetwater even more intentional.

🌿 Sweetwater is now SEED OIL FREE.

Same sourdough. Same stone-fired crust. Same Sweetwater you know and love — just a little cleaner and even more intentional.

Better. Cleaner. Delicious.

We can’t wait to feed you again. 🤎

We will be @corksnhops stationed @earthelementscrestline this Saturday with baked goodies like an assortment of drop cookies (sea salt dark chocolate chunk are a fave), sourdough bagels and french macaron cookies. There will be lots of food vendors, music, and of course all of the pour stations up and down Lake Dr and in Top Town. Gather your friends and come on out for a good time.
