Nike needs to sponsor the dad who refuses to make two trips with the groceries. 😂 
You offer to grab a bag and he’s telling you, “I got it,” while trying to fit one more on his arm. All right, man. I’ll just get the door. 
So I gave that idea to the AI ad system I’m building.   AI developed the concepts, copy and visuals, and I directed changes along the way. These are the three we ended up with. 
“One Trip. No Victory Lap.” is my pick. 
Send this to the dad who’s going to look at these pictures and tell you he could’ve carried another bag.

I made two ads for Dr. King’s speech, and I wanted to bring you into the thinking a little bit. Because you might look at that check and wonder how I even got there.

So I put this video together to show you. Where the check idea came from, why I used quotation marks around a portrait, and how both turned out.

Take a look and tell me which one you’d go with. I want to hear why.

I didn’t want you to just stop at the graphic. I wanted you to watch the speech.
So I gave myself a project: create two ads for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream.”
One frames a portrait with quotation marks. The invitation is simple: hear the voice behind the words.
The other makes the speech’s bad-check metaphor visible. Freedom and justice promised, then marked “insufficient funds.”
That’s the part of the work I wanted to share with you. Not just the colors and fonts, but how the message shaped the ideas.
Both ads point to the same speech. They just give you different reasons to pay attention.
Which one makes you more curious to watch—the portrait or the check?

April 21st, 10 years ago was a very special day for us. It’s the day my life changed forever. My husband asked if I would do him the honor of allowing him to court me.

It’s quite literally mind blowing that we are here today. God’s plans for us exceed what we can ask, think, or imagine. My husband is a gift from God. So grateful for the honor and privilege to serve alongside my husband.
