NO-ONE DOES REMAKES LIKE ADIDAS ⚪️⚫️⚪️ I’ve been a bit meh when it comes to the Predator 26, and as I’ve stated before the Predator 25 was the best version out of the 24, 25 and 26, so I haven’t really bothered with any of the Predator 26 models (except for the release colourway). Hopefully the Predator 27 will be an improvement, but we’ll have to just wait and see… However, something Adidas usually seem to get right are the remakes (which is why there are 3,197 of them) and they’ve nailed it yet again! The Predator 24 ‘Reverse’, is essentially the remake they released in 2024 but with a white upper and black stripes (with the new Predator 26 soleplate) and the result is beautiful. Any football boot Adidas does in white is always stunning, and this hits the spot. They just need to do an Accelerator remake in white next and I’ll be a very happy man! THOUGHTS ON THIS RELEASE? 🤔 So Adidas have released the latest version of the Predator 25, called Moments to celebrate Zinedine Zidane’s historic strike in the Champions League final in 2002 and David Beckham’s equally memorable freekick against Greece for England in 2001. The boot has some lovely details - including details of the goals on the insoles, commentary under the tongue and the legendary 100% legal, 0% fair tagline on the soleplate. JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT THE PREDATOR COULDN’T GET ANY BETTER! 🤯 What a long year it has been for Predator fans - we’ve had so many releases, so many colourways and so much money spent on them! And just when you thought Adidas couldn’t do any more, they give us the brand new Predator 25 with a few weeks left of 2024. And whatever you want to say about what Adidas have done in terms of having too many colourways, too many limited releases, etc., I think we can all agree that they’ve smashed it out of the park with this one. Champagne colourway on the upper, and most importantly, the Predator red on the tongue. I created a digital concept of the Predator 24 based on one of my favourite every Predator releases - the Adidas Predator Mania (Champagne colourway) and whilst that didn’t come true, this is certainly the next best thing! So what are your thoughts on the new Predator 25? THE BEST PREDATOR 24 RELEASE SO FAR?! 😮‍💨 We’re in November and the David Beckham / Trefoil Predator 24 marks the 17th Adidas Predator FT release. Will there be more before the year is out? Who knows. But where does this one rank in the Predator 24 FT release list? We’ve obviously had the Predator 30 which came out in late 2023, as well as the Solar Energy, Roteiro, Pure Strike, Japan colourway and the Jude Belligold releases - but is this the best of them all? It has the David Beckham factor, it’s leather, it has a clean white colourway with blue tongue - and has the famous trefoil logo as well. It has all of the hallmarks of a classic but is it the best for you? Let me know in the comments where this release ranks and if it’s not the best, which one is?!
