POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🧱 One year. One camera. Many corners.

Started this page a year ago to slow down, clear the noise, and document and share the parts of Ōtautahi that have always intrigued me.

It’s been a real turning point, leading to so many positive things - connecting with new and inspiring people, and actively supporting several local organisations, festivals, exhibitions and artists along the way.

Thank you to everyone who has followed along and supported. Appreciate you all. 🙌

TE ĀRAHI
Indigenous range 2026

WOW!
Like I said in the reel above this jersey is by far my most favourite jersey of the year.

Check out my quick review around TE ĀRAHI range and yes I’m back to being broke 😅.

“Firstly a big thanks to the Warriors for the opportunity to capture game day here in Christchurch. As a longtime Warriors supporter and Ōtautahi based photographer, being able to combine my love for both was pretty special. There was plenty of action on the field however my focus was largely on the fans who have been patiently waiting for this day for a long time - gathering in the city, the hīkoi to the stadium, and the electric atmosphere that continued right through the day. Seeing Christchurch get behind the team the way it did was unreal and I am honoured to have documented this special occasion.” - @corners.of.chch

We were proud to support the International Women’s Day Graffiti Jam 🎨✨

An incredible day celebrating creativity, expression, and wāhine in street art. Huge thanks to all the talented artists who brought colour and energy to the space.

@corners.of.chch’s vibrant pictures of Ōtautahi urban art have been unmissable on Instagram – the striking saturation adding an intensity to the presence of murals, graffiti and smaller interventions across the city’s terrain and providing a gripping juxtaposition with the blue skies, textured surfaces and physical layers of space. It is clear that these images are captured with thoughtful care and an eye for the wider context of art in public spaces. That care was made even more evident in the words Corners of Christchurch provided as an introduction to their photo essay – an earnest expression of the attraction, intrigue and community built around the city’s urban art.
