✨🐴 $22k+ raised in ONE night! 🐴✨

The annual awards banquet is always a fun time, but it’s not just a party—it’s what fuels OHJA’s grants, scholarships, and programs. And thanks to your generosity, we raised $22,128 last month!

Here’s how the night added up:
💛 Silent Auction: $17,101
💛 Paddle Raise for Scholarships: $3,750
💛 Table Centerpiece Auction Benefiting JEF: $1,400
💛 Donation jars: $16 (every dollar counts 😉)

🧺 Barn Basket MVPs:
A massive thank you to the barns who donated baskets (and brought the creativity!):
Arbor Grove (x2!)
Oz Inc. (x2!) — extra applause for winning Best Barn Basket with the NW Cozy Kit! 🏆
Christus Farms
Swan Training
Pax Diem Equestrian
Flipside
Savin Hill Farm
KB Sporthorses
The Chase
Rohan Equestrian
Goin Places Training
Kimberlinn Farms
Vista Valley Sport Horses
Selah Farms
Cornerstone Hunters & Jumpers

🎁 And to our Silent Auction donors:
Your generosity fuels everything we do. We’re so grateful to every business and individual who donated. And it’s a long list, more than we’re even allowed to tag—swipe to see them all!

⭐ Special shoutout to Purina/Wilco and Pax Diem
Thank you to Jeff Buccello of Purina/Wilco & Martha Brooks of Pax Diem for creating the centerpieces that raised money for the Junior Equestrian Fund! Purina/Wilco also provided the candy bar and a VIP trip for the Silent Auction. OHJA appreciates your support!

To everyone who bid, donated, assembled baskets, raised a paddle, or dropped change in a jar — thank you. What a wonderful night for our community! 💛

Zach was my sunshine and made the world go around for me in every aspect of our lives. No matter what the day held, a competition, a lesson, or a day just for us, I tried to start everyday hugging him and reminding him how important he was for me. The Sazerac Legacy Grant aims to encapsulate the importance of each moment with our horses and recognize junior riders that exemplify the key traits to great riding.

If there’s anything I’ve learned from Zach, it’s to hug your horse and breathe in the moments💙

A few months ago I fully tore my MCL and damaged my ACL and I will be having surgery for my knee in a few weeks.

At the time, I really didn’t think I’d be able to ride, let alone show this season. But because of the best team, family, friends and horse I was able to compete at Thermal, Monroe, Woodside and Wilsonville.

I am so lucky to have such amazing supportive people around me to help me succeed. Thank you for the amazing season and I can’t wait to be back soon! 🩷🩷🩷🩷 @cornerstoneequestrianllc

Thank you @teamnw for such a wonderful week of showing!

Tux was fantastic stepping into his second year Greens as well as our first Derby together! We rode against some top notch company and came out 9th out of 30. Excited for this week at Early Summer!
