Just show up. 💪
Some days you feel strong. Some days you feel sore. Some days you're just tired.
The goal isn't to be perfect. The goal is to keep showing up.
Follow along as I work toward my Road to 50—one workout, one day, one step at a time.

Comeback 1.0 ended with a knee injury and shoulder surgery.
Comeback 2.0 ended with another shoulder injury.
Comeback 3.0 hasn't been perfect either. Arthritis in my foot and ankles slowed me down, and pushing too hard with crunches led to an umbilical hernia. I took time to recover, reset, and get back to work.
Today wasn't about setting records. It was about showing up.
I've learned that every journey has bumps. The people who reach their goals aren't the ones with a perfect path—they're the ones who keep moving forward.
Day 0 is over. Road to 50 isn't.
If you've been waiting for the perfect time to start again, this is your reminder. Start where you are, and keep showing up.
Follow along as I continue my Road to 50. One workout, one decision, one day at a time. 💪

Day 50. Still here.
Not perfect. Just consistent.
I’ve started before.
Didn’t feel ready this time either.
Started anyway.
This isn’t motivation.
This is routine now.
Road to 50.
