Went on a work trip to Jackson County, NC & ate my way around 😏 first stop was @cornucopia_nc in Cashiers, best sweet tea I’ve genuinely ever had in my life & the tenders were fried to perfection

GA ➡️ NC 🐐🎉🌳

Slide 1-2: DINGLEWOOD PHARMACY - Columbus, GA
This was such a cute little shop. It was a store, pharmacy, and restaurant ALL IN ONE. My dad got the Chili Cheese Burger and I got the Pimento Cheese and Pepper Jelly burger. It was so good…wow. (spoiler alert) I got THREE pimento cheeseburgers on this trip, and this one was my favorite.

Slide 3-6: THE BLACK COW - Columbus, Ga
Lovedddd the name of this restaurant because it reminded me of “The Black Dog” by Taylor Swift 🤍. This place had so many good options. My dad and I split the meat loaf and pimento, bacon, and pepper jelly cheeseburger. Both were DELICIOUS. My mom got the hot honey chicken sandwich that had hugeeee pieces of chicken on it. Also, not pictured, was their desserts which were SO good. Especially the salted caramel cheesecake and peanut butter pie!

Slide 7: CASA AMIGOS - Sapphire, NC
One thing I truly believe is you can NEVER have bad Mexican! This place was bussin. I got the chimichanga and my dad got the verdes burritos and we split them.

Slide 8-9: CORNUCOPIA RESTAURANT - Cashiers, NC
Soooo glad that my absolute GOAT @kendylwalker_ recommended this one to me! You guessed it, I got a pimento cheese burger that came with a fried green tomato on it! But the ⭐️ of the show here was the dessert. We got the chocolate buttermilk pie, chocolate pecan pie, and the buttermilk pie. Let me just tell you…I’ve never had a pie anywhere near as good as that buttermilk pie!!!

Slide 10: CROSSROADS CUSTARD AND COLD BREW - Cashiers, NC
At this place, you can customize your custard however you’d like! You pick your base (vanilla or chocolate) and then pick which flavor you want…then they mix it up and there you have it! I got the salted caramel cookie butter! It was yummmmmmmm.

Slide 11: LANDYN’S BREAKFAST🐐 - anywhere, anytime
Just a photo of what I eat for breakfast pretty much every day, but it looked more aesthetic here •_•

Slide 12: DONUT STOP LLC - Asheville, NC
Needed a pre-flight snack and this was the perfect stop. I had the cinnamon roll, my dad got the bear claw, and my mom had one that was filled fresh with whipped cream. It was DELISH and a perfect way to end a perfect trip😋.

While you can’t go wrong with any menu selection the Cajun turkey sandwich is one of the owners favorites when visiting @cornucopia_nc

It’s @cszburgerweek & honestly we don’t know how to pick a favorite - nearly every local restaurant has their own take we will be sharing a few of our owners favorites - this one is from @cornucopia_nc the purple onion burger, named after the original general store - burger with blue cheese, crumbles, bacon, onion, marmalade, lettuce, and tomato 🍔
