15 years of stories, and a little snow along the way 🏔️💙

Meet Natalie from our Housekeeping team, better known around Queenstown as @natskibunny!

A familiar face on the slopes, Natalie is famously first on the chairlift and last off it every ski season. What makes working at Hilton Queenstown special for her? The flexibility to work nights during ski season and spend her days doing what she loves most — skiing!

As we continue our 15th anniversary series, we’re celebrating the people who make Hilton Queenstown what it is, both on and off the clock 🎿

Bitter sweet comes to the end. ❄️🤍

Thank you, NZ ski season. ⛷️✨

Ça va~~
Ça va bien, et vous
Très bieeeen~~~~

First winter in New Zealand 2026, one for the books and a new skill unlocked (Snowboarding), Thank you for the season NZSki 🏂🏔️❄️

The snow wasn’t always the best, and I definitely had my fair share of falls, but looking back, it was never really about the snow. It was about showing up, getting back up after every fall, slowly getting better, and finding the courage to try things I never thought I could. From my first turns to finally feeling a little more confident on the mountain and making new friends, this winter gave me more than just a new hobby. It gave me so many little moments that I’ll always look back on with a smile.

Definitely not the last time on a snowboard. Until next winter. One winter. Four mountains. So many memories. 🤍 ❄️ 🏂

A quiet place that felt like a dream 🏔️

There were snacks and “let me look at that” stops every five minutes and plans that went out the window. But between the snow-capped mountains that looked painted and the detours along the way, the days seemed to slow down and we got to see a little more of the wonder around us through our girls’ eyes. ♡
