The lower arm has been healed for a year now
I’m really excited to continue this project 🦇

For the past year, we have been secretly working on our new OTU office/warehouse! We're not completely finished yet, but we're getting close. Soon, the office will serve as a meeting room, order processing center, and hangout spot. We can't wait for it to be finished! All that’s left is to build more shelves for more records, CDs and wine! 🌪️🍷 #overtheunderrecords

My client Rhys’s photoshoot shots are back and looking mega 📸

Me and Rhys started working together in February and went straight into a diet phase after him not having any structure in place

Rhys has been fantastic from the get go at adhering to his plan, we worked closely together on training form which saw his progress increase tenfold 📈

Diet wise Rhys has always followed what I’ve asked of him, he has altered his lifestyle for the better 🥗

Swipe to see our starting position ➡️➡️➡️

I’m exited to see what’s to come from Rhys because with his work ethic I know we can achieve great things! 🚀

This just shows what can be done naturally 📈
