9th. Silly Brian. ✂️🪱

Big and shredded, best of both worlds. 🙌🏻

4 factors in our control we can alter to improve vascularity.

Regardless of genetics, everyone has the ability to lose fat, gain muscle, and improve their cardiovascular system.

While we can’t change our genetics, it can be altered through other factors such as dieting, exercise, hydration and supplementation to increase vascularity.

The leaner you are, meaning, the less subcutaneous fat you have covering your muscles, the more pronounced your veins looks.

It’s not just about being lean, having low body fat along with upped muscle mass is the magic combination for veins that pop, even at rest. 🤌🏻

In some ways, vascularity is in indirect sign of fitness.

Make your own way. 💯

People can hate for many reasons, jealousy is the usual cause of most hate. Some just crave the attention from others, and because they are unhappy within themselves.

A lot of the time, hate arises from misunderstanding, or not knowing someone well enough yet and forming judgements instead of getting to know them better.

People don't always like who they can't understand.

Or maybe you’re just too awesome for them. 😎

If you’re anything like me, you’ve been through enough and deserve everything you have going for you to care or let anything slightly bother you.

Gotta move different when you want different.

Back growth doesn’t always require lifting heavy or doing more work. ✈️

‼️Single-arm lat pulldowns‼️

Great to incorporate if you have any muscle imbalances allowing you to train one side at a time.

Personably I find it to be very beneficial in establishing a better mind-muscle connection allowing for more activation in the lats.

Try not to use too much weight given you are only using one arm, perhaps 35-40 % of what you usually lift. It’ll allow you to do each repetition smoothly with a full range of motion which should create great activation within the trained muscle.

Your goal should be to maintain an upright torso with a slight lean. It’ll keep the emphasis on your lats, which is the whole point of this movement.

Go get it. 🤙🏻

Tricep dips. Always a heavy hitter when it comes to tightening and defining your upper arms.

Been incorporating them much more frequently at the end of my arm workouts.

Fun fact, back in high school we had wagers going for whoever could rep out the most some days. Never made a living off of them. 😅

Great move for your chest, shoulders and core. Doing them with your knees bent is also a bit easier than keeping the legs straight throughout the exercise. Your legs offer more support and less stress is placed on the shoulder joints.

Proper warm-up is always key which is why I throw them in towards the end, shoulders/arms are already primed and less risk of injury.

Variations. 👇🏼👇🏼

1. Floor
2. Bench
3. One chair
4. Two chairs
5. Parallel bars

Personal success, the best vengeance. 😈

Really, human life is the result of an underdog story, a remote possibility in progress and achievement.

Learn to let go of your past if it’s bogging you down although it can be tough but focusing and prioritizing yourself will bring you a world of good.

Let the small wins compile.

Time flies fast AF.

Before you know it you’ll be looking back realizing it was the best move you ever made. You have way more support out there than you think and those who want to see you win, will help you win.

Take the first step and then another, next thing you know, it’s who you are.

Hopefully, you have a sense of what success means to you. But, by getting more specific and clear, you’ll have an easier time reaching your own personal goals.

I’m rooting for you. 🤝🏻

Strong forearms = stronger grip. 🤝🏻

Forearm strength is 🔑 to good grip.

They’re used in many exercises we do at the gym such as pull-ups, rows, farmer carries, kettlebell swings, deadlifts and bicep curls, etc.

They require a good amount of forearm strength and if you’re lacking in that area it can really limit how hard you’re able to train.

In other words you never really exhaust the pulling muscles during the workout because they give out too quickly.

Weak or underdeveloped forearms/wrist are often the first muscle group to tire out due to the fact that stronger forearms lead to a stronger grip with more muscles generating more squeezing force during your workouts and everyday life.

Throw in a few wrist curls or other forearm movements at the end of your arm back/bicep day and keep them up to par so you can make the most of your training. 💪🏼
