70 Units Before Oct 2025.

Ryan K Nolan and I are so grateful for @corradorick and @therealmrlif guiding us on this journey.

Together they have many decades of experience in a variety of RE investment areas, and Jeffrey, specifically, is our inspiration for this goal, as that's about what he has recently achieved, while raising kids and working full time as a musician.

Today we talked lot about our mission that will guide our focus of investment:

"Creating beautiful, uplifting, healthy environments for community members"

In a regenerative way that supports the people, the economy, the land, and our legacy.

This week we'll be analyzing nurse housing, airline housing, and mobile home parks to determine what our specific area of focus will be.

We are also rereading The Millionaire Real Estate Investor (and will re-read it several more times over the next few years).

One of the most important parts of this process is financial analysis, and combining the right numbers with our overall vision.

We don't have a lot of cash going into this, but what we do have are desire, skill (and building much more), mindset, connections, support, and a bit of equity.

We'll becoming across plenty of properties where the numbers work out, but doesn't necessarily fit our mission criteria, and happy to pass those along to our friends who are interested.

We are building collaborative synergies with farmers, physicians, and native leaders around soil integrity for the health of our climate, our bodies, and our economies.

Did you know that when soil is depleted of essential nutrients it impacts the land and air for hundreds of miles?

Our team was discussing the loss of nutrients in soil that replenishes Navajo land and how it is affecting snow melt in the Colorado mountains—the source of water in Colorado and beyond. This type of ecological impact is happening all over the world. It is vital for us to come together to be part of restoration.

@Delane Atcitty alongside fellow leading-edge native and global organizations, is modeling traditional agricultural and ranching practices to restore soil, native and diverse food systems, and vibrant economies.

It’s creepy, it’s haunting, it’s won awards, and you will love it! What are you waiting for?
To see- check Link in bio.

I was inspired by the Romanian Legend of the Argeș Monastery for a full evening length show I created in 2018. In this legend, a pregnant woman is immured to make the walls of the monastery stand. After further research, I came across the belief of the “stahie,” or shadow, an ancient Eastern European belief and practice that in order for the walls of a building to stand, someone has to be built into the walls either physically (i.e their body), or metaphysically (i.e their shadow).

Film and Music by Francesca Jandasek
Dancers: Ashley Krost & Antonella Redekosky
Cinematography: Gregory R.R. Crosby
Best Boy Electric: Stephanie Losleben
Costumes: Kelsey Vidic
