Happy with the 🥇 at LRC 10K 💪 A bit of a windy day and raining morning and a good test with a full week of training in the legs as we continue building towards the next goal. The aim was to stay as relaxed as possible and see how the legs would respond. 🔥

First race of the season and happy to come away with the win at the Attard 5K in 14:47 wasn’t chasing any time but a good effort was the goal.🥇
A great indication on a big training day and another step towards what’s next. Today’s race was part of a session planned by my coach, so I’m especially happy with how the legs reacted and how the body responded to the work.

A massive thank you, as always, to my coach for the consistency, the work, and the belief always with one aim: to improve and stay consistent. 🙏

What a fun night racing at my club’s Midsummer Night Run! 🌙🐺🥇

This was right in the middle of a training block with no taper and no specific race goal just another opportunity to put some solid work into the legs. The conditions definitely made it interesting, with a “feels like” temperature of around 36°C at 8:45pm, high humidity, and a challenging course. But that’s what makes these races fun!

Really happy to take the win with a gap of just over 5 minutes. More importantly, it was another solid training effort as we continue building towards what’s next.

A huge thank you to my coach for the constant guidance and belief. Excited to keep the momentum going 📈 and my friends and family ! ❤️

A massive well done to all of my athletes as well. You’ve been putting together some fantastic and consistent performances throughout the summer season, and I’m proud of every one of you some good results which shows great data leading to new season.

It was also great catching up with some local runners before and after the race. I always enjoy meeting new people and having a chat it’s one of the best parts of the sport.

Happy with the outcome today at the @tracknightvienna season opener, winning my heat in a new PB of 14.28! 🏃‍♂️🔥 Club Record @zurrieqwolvesac and fastest National Best this year on 5000m. 🇲🇹

Overall, I’m really pleased with the race. I managed to make some good moves early on, and despite the very hot conditions, I was able to change gears when it mattered. It’s a great start to the track season and has made me even hungrier to keep working towards the next races.

A huge thank you to my family, friends, and coach for all the support and encouragement you always give me. And of course, thank you to my sponsors for believing in and supporting my journey.

🏆 CORSA MALTA 5KM 🏆

What a GREAT weekend. After setting a new PB on Saturday in the 1500m I showed up for the 5km on Sunday and equaled my best time on track, running 15:49.

4th Overall

It was a fantastic race battling it out with @salibabrandon and Alexander, with just 1 second difference for 2nd/3rd and 4th place finish.
