Proud of our Fitness Appeal family for representing at HYROX NYC.You all put in the work months of disciplined training, early mornings, and consistency and it showed. Through the heat, the fatigue, and the tough race conditions, you stayed locked in and pushed all the way to the finish.

That’s what this is about: showing up prepared, staying composed under pressure, and finishing strong.
Great job everyone proud of every one of you. 🏁💪

I flipped this blonde balayage hair into a winter blonde for the holidays with a simple root smudge and reverse balayage. We washed then glossed it to change the tone of the existing blonde. #goldwellapprovedus #balayage #dimensionalcolor #goldwell #livedincolor #brondehair
