When a nail tech and tattoo artist collab 🤝🏻

I saw a video of someone doing this and knew I had to try it, and with who better else than my fave tattoo artist @coryashleytattoos 🤭 she brought me some of her own teeny tiny flash on tattoo stencil paper and I did the rest! How fun are these?!

SO, we’re moving!

And don’t fret it’s just half a block up from our current spot! We are thrilled to be part of the excellent vibes on Wesley St. Our official start date here is tbd, but we are underway with many exciting things!

We hope to have an open house or a soft launch day for all you darlings to pop in and see! Maybe catch a deal or a treat if you do 👀

Endless love and appreciation for the dream team that I’ve found myself with @earthalientattoo @fluxandflowtattoo @beth_achinghands @coryashleytattoos @laura.c.tattoo

Special thanks to @bryrclogs for keeping me on my feet comfortably working all day 🫶

Today we’re sharing something bittersweet 🖤

@coryashleytattoos will be leaving the shop, and while we’re so proud of her, she will be deeply missed here at Le Jardin Noir.

Cory wasn’t just part of the team, she was my very first apprentice. She was there in the early days, helping bring this space to life, growing alongside me as we built something from the ground up. Watching her evolve into the artist she is today has been such an honour.

She’s been a huge part of this shop’s story, and her presence, energy, and dedication have meant so much to all of us.

While it’s never easy to say goodbye, this isn’t the end, it’s just the next chapter for her, and we can’t wait to see everything she continues to create.

We love you, Cory 🖤
Thank you for being such a special part of our beginning. Contact Cory directly in regards to booking with her moving forward!

Big back pieces don’t start with ink they start with a lot of prep 👀

Here’s a time lapse of Ngaire puzzle piecing a full back stencil. Sizing, flow, and detail all have to be dialed in before anything touches skin.

There’s way more behind the scenes than you’d think and this is just the start 🔥
