2 weeks ago @emmasbikelife crushed the XCO out in Roanoke, VA at USA Cycling Mtb National Champs finishing an impressive 5th place behind some of the fastest women in the world! Congrats Emma!

Emma has been going good all season long while balancing work with her @cosmic.endurance nutrition company and coaching her first @jrmtbcamps

Best of Luck next weekend @ore2shore

Another great year of racing @usacycling MTB Nationals in Virginia 🇺🇸

After struggling to bring in an 8th place in short track I didn't have a lot of confidence going into the XCO. The heat and humidity was super tough. The XCO course had a mile long start on a Greenway before heading up a climb into singletrack. I was able to power up the climb into the singletrack in 5th place and unexpectedly held it to the finish. So stoked to walk away with 5th for another year. It's such an honor to race along side some of the fastest ladies in the world and some of my best friends.

Couldn't be more thankful for all my sponsors helping me get to these incredible races. And for an amazing Mom @jesischwab for all the support and ice sock hand ups keeping me cool ❤️

📸 @cloud9media_productions the coolest photos and videos ever!!

Always a good time at @englewoodopen @englewoodgrassfarm. The short track was super chaotic and aggressive and finished somewhere in the middle, lots learned in that race. But super happy with 3rd in the xco with some super fast ladies and earning my first golden ticket! Big thank you to the coolest mom out there for all the help last weekend @jesischwab. Couldn't do it without her ❤️ and a big thanks to all my sponsors for making these amazing race weekends possible!

Another fantastic @mudsweatbeers weekend at @mtholiday ! A bit chilly start to the day but great course conditions made for super fast and fun race times. Always great to enjoy a beer or three with so many friends in TC. More pics coming soon to robmeenderingphotography.com. #robmeenderingphotography #michigancyclingphotographer

Had a great time racing at the Fayetteville @uscupmtb. This has always been a course I've struggled to put a good race together on. I couldn't quite find my legs for the first xco but was able to turn it around and have a good short track and another xco. It may not be the most impressive results on paper but I learned so much and felt like I made some great progress on this course!

So thankful for all my sponsors that help make all this racing possible. And my amazing parents who have supported me so much at these past races cooking food, handing bottles, and taking some awesome photos. Couldn't do it without them 🤗

Couldn't race my first xco of the year without leaving a little skin out on the trail.

Was feeling strong and confident on the first lap until I slid out in a corner leaving some skin behind and ripping my favorite @vie13_kustom_apparel skinsuit 😢 took a few laps until I felt like I was getting my rhythm back and could take corners with confidence again. The heat and humidity is definitely tough but I'm really enjoying all the challenges these Puerto Rico races have been throwing at me.

Now for some rest and recovery before we go again on Wednesday!

Huge thank you to my amazing parents for handling feeds and taking amazing pictures for me 🤗 @jesischwab @yensen_schwab

First races of the season have already kicked off here in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 Took 12th in short track yesterday with some super fast ladies. Really happy with how strong I felt this early in the year! Now to survive the heat and humidity for my next XCO races!

Can't believe @icemancomethtcmi was already a week ago. So thankful for all the support this year and the many opportunities I've had to learn and grow in the sport. So stoked for the 2026 season.

My goal this year was to cross the finish line @icemancomethtcmi, but I didn’t expect finishing 4th in my AG! The crowds, my friends, my family, and standing on the podium reminded me how far I have come.

Since surgery, I still experience some of the same pain symptoms pre-surgery in my legs and back. I’m hopeful they will improve, but I know I will never be able to compete like I once did.

However, for people that know me, I’m not one to back down. I want to show that there is always a way to progress. It’s just you adapt your goals to set you up to improve, not for failure.

For me, that’s simply to feel healthier and stronger at the next @icemancomethtcmi. 🤟

Iceman Cometh Challenge #15 is over and although I'm more than disappointed with my time I'm still grateful for another podium finish this year especially at The biggest mountain bike race in the country and also still lucky to be somewhat competitive in The Cialis group of riders I race with! 🤔 Just as gratifying as success though for me is when your teammates and friends also have success. Even though all didn't achieve their ultimate goals on this day and there are way too many to name and most of you know who you are so I'll just name a few: @davidbrower9 @raybo.mtb @pamela_10_collins @anabelmillermtb @illagodzilla @theeuwes_ @pipershumar @luvhuskytico @kristixx @jwake01 @mtb_kyan @emmasbikelife ❤️
Couldn't do any of this without Great sponsors and as always I start with @vie13_kustom_apparel for making me look and feel good on the bike!
