Last Saturday, we gathered around the table to celebrate the people who make this place special.

Thank you to St. George Spirits, our incredible culinary team, and the many local farmers, ranchers, makers, growers, and artisans whose work found its way onto every plate and into every glass. These dinners are a reminder that hospitality is never created by one person. It takes a community.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for an evening of good food, thoughtful spirits, and meaningful conversation in the heart of Nevada City.

It feels like summer. ☀️

This Sunday come join us in celebrating our 2nd anniversary. It all starts with a bike ride. . . Weather permitting we’ll start the day with coffee @corvusbakery at 9:30am before we venture out on a @_you.bet_ curated bike route ending at BT. At noon we’ll start serving lunch- compliments of Chef Ike who’s currently brewing up some amazing sausages to grill with all the accoutrements. $30 will get riders a tshirt, beer or wine and a sausage hoagie on our housemade bread and a bag of chip chips. If that’s a little early for you, come around 4pm as we pivot to pizza party with special guests @cosmicfreightco - where from 4 pm on we’ll have giant slices for $5 along with $5 @gansettbeer and as the music spins and it feels right we can skip the light fandango as we celebrate you and this town. We love you and hope to see you all there.

Last night at The National Exchange Hotel was part séance, part disco, and entirely unhinged. Lola Dining turned into a fever dream of cowboys, aliens, and pirates while the Grand Lounge upstairs pulsed like Studio 54 met the Wild West. Nevada City showed up, and then some. 👻🪩✨
