POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One week since we gathered at Annaghmore, and the ripples we have created continue to flow as we carry these moments with us 🌿

This year's gathering felt like a much needed pause. Like a mellow, calm invitation to slow down and just be. To show up rested and resourced, open to move and play and laugh and create.

Our hearts are full and we are feeling so nourished and we can't wait to connect with you again ✨️

Just a snippet of our weekend in pictures 🥹✨

As the glitter settles and we slowly come back to reality, we’re taking a little moment to look back and appreciate just how incredible this weekend truly was 🫶🏻

Seeing so many people come together to support, celebrate, and stand proudly with our LGBTQIA+ community really was so special 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

More fabulous content to come! 😍 Shoutout to our amazing photographers @aylakcekirge & @louisewwilde 📸

Sink into a sonic kaleidoscope with @cosmicwetness at Mayo Pride 🌈✨

📍 @theyogaroot
📅 Sunday, May 31st
⏰ 2:00PM

Planetary octave tones, bird song, live plant frequencies, underwater recordings, quartz singing bowls, a sun gong, the Love frequency, and dolphins and whale sonics - blending the celestial and the terrestrial. Lie back, breathe, and let the frequencies recalibrate ‘the soft animal of your body’. 🌊🌞🐋🌿

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye mask - whatever helps you get cozy and settle in.
