Hey there! I wanted to reach out on behalf of @gnarcyofficial. We've got some seriously rad jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of tough accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with three pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – totally FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyofficial, and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

Cacao ceremonies have been around for thousands of years, originating all the way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America. Pure cacao is used as a heart opening medicine for people to safely experience awakening, revelation and inner healing. Cacao is used as a sacred medicine where intentions are set and once consumed, euphoric states are unlocked, stuck emotions are released and we are able to connect to ourselves and the loving energy in our body. ✨
Yoga flow will be taught intuitively with the medicine of cacao and energy of the room.

My album ‘Life is but a Dream’ is 1 year old today!!! This album brings back the best kind of memories for me. It is symbolic to me. It symbolizes tireless work ethic, life affirming friendships, focus, determination, and literally willing my dreams into reality. I’m so blessed to have had amazing producers, engineers, MCs, visual artists, videographers, and even a childhood hero to help me make this ‘Dream’ a reality. Sincere thanks from the bottom of my heart to all you beautiful people who worked on this record!! Go listen on all the platforms.

I arted on @cosmoore yesterday after he took me on a journey through his vivid dream visions of the double Phoenix. Thank you for showing up on this planet the way you do, for helping me talk to plants, And for the elemental sound bath.

Big love to Morgan and Eve Encinitas for having me for the Mindful Market. Eve.. Always the hub for spectacular food, beautiful atmosphere, and meaningful exchanges.

Every @sacredmasculinity men's transformation circle synergizes into a unique medicine for the healing of each man who shows up, and this healing frees up that much more energy for our personal evolution and so to our collective evolution. 🙏 .

Only when we find the courage to face the darkness within ourselves, including all the hate, anger, fear, shame, guilt, lust, etc. that we've been conditioned into hiding and suppressing into our shadow, will we ever become free enough to live the life that we're meant to. 🙏 .

Because it is through finding our courage and facing our darkness that we activate our inner alchemist who transmutes our ignorance into wisdom, pain into awareness, hate into love, and darkness into light. Through this process we consciously commit to stop playing the victim card and instead step into our power to actually create positive changes, not only in our own life but the lives of all those we're connected to. 🙏 .

In this powerful group on Sunday we did just that as we dove deep into the roots of anger, hate, and distrust of the masculine, shined the light of our awareness upon the objectification and degradation of the feminine, addressed the walls we build which keep us as men isolated and disconnected, held space for the trauma that one of our brothers is healing from after being stabbed and suffering major injuries, and much more. All this along with conscious breathing, prayers, tears, laughter, and presence and we were all feeling activated as you can see! 🙏 .

We are grateful for our sactuary at @vaticanstudiosoc for being the lighthouse that it is and for each of our brothers who SHOWED UP! May we all continue our work and reach out for support if we need it until we gather again this Sunday 6/3 at 4pm. See you in circle! A'HO! 🙏 .
