Working on your candle on the reformer? ✨

Learning how to transition into and out of an inversion, with and without the straps, is a great way to better understand your body and refine your technique.

The key? Finding the right connection between your breath, pelvic floor engagement and core coordination to support the movement while maintaining control throughout each transition.

Take it step by step, focus on the quality of your movement, and let your breath guide you.

Save this flow to explore your next reformer session.

Hey !
J’enseigne le @lagreefitness chez @ora_fitness_studio tous les samedis matins, dès cette semaine 🤗

I’ve added another string to my bow, not because I see Lagree as a competitor to Pilates, but because I genuinely believe they complement each other so well.

Same passion for movement, a different machine, a new way to challenge the body.

Happy to share my energy, keep learning and bring a little more of what I love. Let’s go 🤍
