🧘🏻‍♀️ THANK YOU!
It’s a wrap for our second appointment with Emotional Freedom and we couldn’t be prouder!

What we did:
✨ open-level yoga;
✨ befriended all emotions;
✨ enjoyed pressure points massages;
✨ explored somatic movements and nervous system reset;
✨ journaling sponsored by @cosysafespace ;
✨ sound healing & restorative yoga;
✨ yoga nidra;
✨ learnt that we are not our emotions, but instead, emotions are present in us;
✨ accepted that feeling emotions is part of this magic experience of being humans;

Stay tuned for the next one in June 🤗✨🧘🏻‍♀️
