And that’s a wrap on episode 4 of “Worth the Walk” with me, Mads on @cotswoldsradio!

Well I had a lovely time @oldpostofficeguiting chatting with Ting about all things food, coffee, monks and more! Super interesting story with how they ended up in the Cotswolds and even more interesting is their autumn menu 🍁

“Food that feels like it’s giving you a hug!“

They have everything from bacon and sausage sarnies all the way through to Malaysian-inspired fried eggs, Buddha bowls and many cakes for you to feast on (all baked in house by her mother-in-law!) 🍳🍰

So the next chance you have, get on down for a lovely stroll around Guiting Power followed by an Asian-inspired brunch at The Old Post Office 📮

Hi all. Just a reminder my show is not on today. Something much better and worthwhile is happening instead. It’s the 24 charity broadcast. Paul and Izzy have already presented through the night and are still going strong. Please tune in to support them, and if you could donate to the three charities we are helping this year you would make our day. Thanks, and have a great weekend. I’ll be back next week.

Happy 6th Birthday to Cotswolds Women! 🥳

I have been privileged to broadcast Cotswolds Women on @cotswoldsradio for six years now and have met some amazing women along the way. The show continues to celebrate women in business and their achievements in life, together with highlighting important topics which I feel need to be discussed more.

Thank you to all of the guests so far, my lovely ladies who form the show's panel and to the wonderful @bemorbev for sponsoring the show.

Here's to many more years of Cotswolds Women. Your Friday lunchtime chatshow live at midday. Online, on the App or on your Smartspeaker.

Day 5 | SOMEWHERE TO RETURN 💚

Ever driven past a view and wished you could keep it?

Welcome to day 5 of my Journeys Collection…a series of 12 original, small framed landscape paintings inspired by glimpses of Cornwall and the Cotswolds, captured on my iPhone from the passenger seat during our travels this year.

Somewhere to Return is the fifth painting I’m sharing with you, inspired by those little moments that stay with you long after the journey has ended.

If you’re new here, I’m Sharon, a British contemporary artist working in oils and mixed media. I create original paintings inspired by the sea, the landscape and the feeling of being somewhere you belong.

✨ The Journeys Collection launches in 8 days!

Thanks for being here, whether you’ve followed along from day one or you’ve just found me. 💚

And that’s a wrap on episode 3 of “Worth the Walk”: When the Walk Goes Wrong with me, Mads on @cotswoldsradio!

Thanks for going on my slightly less inviting walking journey today and like I said, sometimes the best walking stories come from walks that don’t go to plan!

And please don’t forget to share your thoughts in the comments on whether a pub with carpet is the sign of a great pub experience or one you would prefer to avoid.

Also, if there are any local businesses out there who would like to be interviewed for my show then please reach out!

🎵 And see👇 for the playlist from my show! 🎵

1. Virtual Insanity - Jamiroquai
2. So Many Times - Gadjo
3. The Door - Teddy Swims
4. Messy - Lola Young
5. 12 to 12 - Sombr
6. Beautiful Day - U2
7. Rotterdam (or anywhere) - Beautiful South
8. Help! - The Beatles
9. I Only Want To Be With You - Dusty Springfield
10. River Deep Mountain High - Whitney Houston
