If you’re feeling the struggle between life and training, remember this: success in triathlon isn’t about perfection or nailing every workout. It’s about being adaptable and finding a training load that fits your life and one that targets your physiology. Know you don’t have to sacrifice everything to see progress. Your journey is personal —make it work for YOU. Your training is specific to YOU. Keep moving forward with confidence! 💪🚴‍♂️🏊‍♀️🏃‍♀️ #TriathleteLife #TrainSmart #KeepPushing
