Please help families in need link in bio 🙏 | I decided not to include personal notes (mostly cus i dont know how to format that 😭)Ill do that in the future if willing| In principle however it is the following example:

(Footwear sector)

Plant number 1 produces 40,000 pairs of shoes in 3.125 hours which is 125,000 hours.

Plant number 2 produces 65,000 pairs of shoes in 3.5 hours, which is 227,500 hours.

Plant number 3 produces 100,000 pairs of shoes in 3 hours which is 300,000 hours.

The entire industry produces 205,000 pairs if shoes in 652,500 hours. That is per pair (652,500 divided by 205,000) equals 3.18 hours.

The operational averages are 3.125, 3.5 and 3 hours. The social average is 3.18 hours. Plant number one has a production time that is below the social average and thus shows above average productivity. Plant number 3 as well. Plant number 2 works more time consuming than the social average and is therefore below average productive. If the shoes are charged with 3.18 hours in consumption, then the operational units 1 and 3 have hours “over” in the accounting, which corresponds to the deficit in the accounting of unit 2

This video shows what percentage/portion of each president's life was spent being President (from lowest to highest).

Percentage of lifetime in power being lowest tends to be when a president wasn't in power for long but had a long life, whilst percentage of lifetime in power being highest tends to be when a president had a short life but was in power for a long time. It is wrong to assume that the shortest living President (JFK) would inevitably have been the president who spent the highest portion of his life being president, since there are other presidents who had much longer tenures yet didn't live much longer than JFK.

In terms of Presidents who had just ONE full term Presidents: CARTER (who lived to 100) spent the lowest portion of his life as president, whilst POLK (who died at 53) spent the highest portion of his life as President.
In terms of Presidents who had just TWO full term Presidents: REAGAN spent the lowest portion of his life as president, whilst GRANT spent the highest portion of his life as President.

Happy 80th Mr. BIDEN for yesterday, from FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT AVENUE in BRUSSELS (BELGIUM).
An belated 80th birthday tribute to JOE BIDEN from FRANKLIN ROOSEVELT AVENUE in Brussels (BELGIUM).

The Avenue Franklin Roosevelt (French) or Franklin Rooseveltlaan (Dutch) is an avenue in Brussels, Belgium. It is located in the southern part of the City of Brussels, near the border with the municipality of Ixelles, where it runs parallel to the Bois de la Cambre/Ter Kamerenbos. It is named in honour of the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1882–1945). The Avenue Franklin Roosevelt is known as one of the most beautiful avenues in Brussels. Many of the houses on the avenue date from the 1920s to the Second World War. It also houses many embassies and residences of ambassadors.

HISTORY:
The avenue was laid out in 1922, according to the wishes of King Leopold II, through the site of the Brussels International Exposition of 1910. The construction of the avenue, the adjacent arteries and the first buildings mostly took place during the interwar period. Before 1945, it was called the Avenue des Nations/Natiënlaan ("Nations Avenue"). Its name was then changed to the Avenue Franklin Roosevelt/Franklin Rooseveltlaan in honour of the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
In spite of Brussels' city planning free-for-all between the end of the Second World War and the late 1960s, the appearance of the Avenue Franklin Roosevelt has mostly remained unchanged over time; the vast majority of its buildings is indeed very well preserved, and some of them are now classified as historic monuments.

NOTABLE BUILDINGS:
The Avenue Franklin Roosevelt is home to many buildings in Art Nouveau, Art Deco, modernist and eclectic styles. The Solbosch campus of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), a French-speaking university, with about 20,000 students, is also situated on the Avenue Franklin Roosevelt.

No. 52: Blomme House (1928), a modernist house designed by Adrien Blomme for his personal use (offices and apartments), whose entrance is flanked by two bas-reliefs by Ossip Zadkine.

No. 65: Villa Bernheim.

If Lincoln has a rival in the affections of the British people, it is Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) whose statue stands in Grosvenor Square where there has been an American presence for over 200 years. A monument like FDR’s would be impossible today as it shows him upright when in reality he was confined to a wheelchair after contracting polio in 1921. Roosevelt assumed that his political career was over but his formidable wife Eleanor told him that ‘the only thing he had to fear was fear itself’, a line he recycled effectively when he led the United States out of depression in the New Deal. He also led the United States into war and effectively ended any possibility Hitler had of gaining victory. The statue, by William Reid Dick, was unveiled by Eleanor Roosevelt in 1948 with the Queen, Prime Minister Clement Attlee and Winston Churchill present. It was paid for by the British people, 160,000 of whom paid five shillings (25p) each at a time of rationing and hardship, the money raised in under a week. Apart from the official statue of Roosevelt in Grosvenor Square, there is an informal one of him and Churchill sitting and chatting in Bond Street.

FRANKLIN DELANO ROOSEVELT was the first POTUS to...

be inaugurated on January 20,
appoint a woman to a cabinet post,
appear 5 times on a national ticket,
appear on television,
serve more than 2 terms & win 4 terms in an election,
establish a presidential library,
veto more than 600 bills & issue more than 250 pocket vetoes,
visit South America & Africa while in office,
fly in an airplane while in office,
make a transatlantic flight,
fly for state business in 1943,
visit the Soviet Union, Iran & Haiti,
establish the "First 100 Days" benchmark & tradition,
be named Time Person of the Year,
meet with a king of Saudi Arabia,
use a wheelchair,
have a child born in Canada,
use Camp David as a presidential retreat.

It started, as most strange things do, at Cardiff Central railway station on a damp Tuesday morning.

A retired signalman swore he saw Abraham Lincoln standing on Platform 4, tall hat and all, politely asking for “a ticket to Merthyr Tydfil, if such a destination still stands united.” The clerk, barely looking up, handed him an off-peak return and a complimentary leaflet about delays on the Valleys lines.

Lincoln boarded a rattling Transport for Wales train, where he was soon joined by Theodore Roosevelt, who had apparently mistaken the quiet carriage for a hunting lodge. He loudly declared the journey “bully!” and attempted to befriend a confused passenger eating a Greggs sausage roll.

Meanwhile, at Barry railway station, Franklin D. Roosevelt had somehow managed to modify his wheelchair with what witnesses described as “steam locomotive enthusiasm.” He insisted on racing the 10:42 to Bridgend, shouting, “The only thing we have to fear is… missing this connection!”

Up north, at Llandudno Junction railway station, John F. Kennedy delivered an impromptu speech to three commuters and a seagull:

> “Ask not what your railway can do for you—ask why it’s delayed by 17 minutes outside Rhyl.”

The seagull reportedly applauded.

Things escalated when Richard Nixon was spotted sneaking into a signal box near Newport railway station, insisting, “I am not a crook—but I am rerouting this train.” Moments later, a service bound for Swansea inexplicably ended up in Shrewsbury.

Finally, the whole situation was (sort of) resolved at Aberystwyth railway station, where Barack Obama calmly organised everyone into a queue, introduced contactless ticketing to the 19th century presidents, and reassured passengers:

> “Yes we can… get this train moving.”

To this day, if you take a late train through Wales, you might hear a distant voice announcing delays in a faint American accent—or see a stovepipe hat disappear behind a ticket barrier that definitely wasn’t there before.
