A love letter to Austin: You were everything I needed and more. I came here to heal a broken heart, and I’m leaving with a renewed faith in love and a deeper appreciation for community.

Austin, you gave me the space to release, renew, and rediscover myself. You witnessed my professional pivot into healthcare—a path I never expected but found so rewarding. Some of my most peaceful moments were the 6 a.m. drives home after 12-hour nights, the highways empty, the sky streaked amber as the sun was rising, the world still and quiet.

I’ll forever cherish the live music, the dive bars, the tacos (and all the amazing food really), Hippie Hollow, the clandestine raves, Barton Springs, and the festivals. But more than anything, I’ll miss the incredible people who made this city feel like home, the tastemakers, and the movers and the shakers.

And most importantly, a love letter to @yazzercise: Thank you for making my journeys in and out of Austin feel seamless. No words could ever express my gratitude or how much I love you. You’ve been by my side through it all and no one makes me laugh harder. I’ll always hold our memories close, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to live with you and Nova. Moss pit forever! I love you bbq and I hope you visit me asap! 🤠💞🌮
