Been debating whether to put the heating on ALL day. 🥶😂

Turns out we’ve found a much better solution…

Get your cowboy boots on, go line dancing and save yourself a few quid on the heating bill. 🤠🔥

Same result. Better soundtrack. Questionable coordination. 😂

Shoutout to @countryhustlelinedancing for keeping us warm and teaching us some moves! 🤠❤️

Anyone else still refusing to put the heating on? 👀👇

I think I’ve crammed a lot into one week 😂

Mini break in the Cotswolds
Day out with the husband playing games
Line dance event in Newbury

Coaching my clients
5 line dances classes taught
Gym sessions ticked off
Business moves made

It’s been a hell of a week.

Ready to go again 🤌🏻

I think slide one sums it up perfectly 😁

Yes it’s been non stop.

Yes I have a hundred brain tabs open right now.

Yes my legs are tired.

But it’s so worth it because wow do I feel alive right now!

It’s really hard to put into words without it sounding cheesy as hell. But just know every day I have deep gratitude for everything & everyone in my life right now.
