Breakfast 2- buttermilk blueberry pancakes 🥞 🫐 2 servings: • 125g plain flour • 1/2 tbsp sugar • 1/4 tsp baking powder • 1/4 tsp baking soda • few twists of salt • 250ml buttermilk • 1 egg • 1 tbsp melted butter 1) mix dry ingredients 2) melt butter and whisk wet ingredients 3) gently fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients. DONT overmix, as this will stop them being so light and fluffy. 4) add blueberries and gently fold into mix. 5) melt a little butter in a frying pan until hot and bubbling. Then add 3 x 1/3 cup of mix = 3 pancakes = 1 serving. (This recipe makes 2 servings). 6) flip when bubbles appear on top or golden on bottom. 7) serve with lashings of maple syrup, especially if you are carb loading or pre training 😋 Optional: add chopped banana for even more carbs. Top with PB for more protein/healthy fats. Top with crispy bacon if you want some salty crunch + extra protein. #breakfast #cyclist #athlete #pancakes

BRIGHTON • TONIGHT • 9:30PM Most people don’t know this about our lore but our careers started in Brighton back in 2016 at Brighton Fringe. We were still fresh-faced clowns at Gaulier and made the 14 hour bus / boat / train journey from Paris three separate times, crashing on the floors of strangers, friends of friends of friends we never saw (sorry for eating your snacks in silence in the middle of the night), and audience members who literally took us in right after our show. Jonny and Viggo were pissed at me for booking this festival without telling them about it but it was all worth it in the end- we received our first professional reviews, our first extended run, made a bunch of lifelong friends at The Warren and the festival who we’d go on to work and travel with for a decade, and against all odds, ended up winning the Best Comedy Award which was the catalyst for our international careers. Shout out Kitgum Kitchen and Meat Liquor for keeping us fed, to Tom and all of our gracious hosts who housed us, Cal and the elixir boys for being our circus brothers, The Warren late show where we cut out teeth, our epic “rivals” Police Cops who we tried to create a fake public beef with that nobody ever believed, Ella, Hannah, Martha, the Amy’s, Josh, Natalie, Mykella, Emma, Chris, Julian Caddy, the Lord Mayor, Vicky Nangle, Otherplace Tom, Nicky and everyone else who kept us alive along the way. Anyways, I hope you all come and see the show tonight, it’s our first time doing Stamptown here, we’ve been dreaming of performing at The Dome since we played a half full Theatre Box in the garden, and it is a truly surreal moment to return TEN YEARS LATER to the city where it all began xxx

It’s not often we get to see the rings actually go on. Most of the time, a wedding band leaves the workshop and we only hear how the day went afterwards. So these feel especially rare, and rather lovely. Two bands designed around the engagement rings Maddy and Courtney already had, handcrafted in our London workshop.
