We had the most SPLENDID day at the Pumkin Festival today! Thank you everyone for coming out and enjoying the beautiful fall festivities with us. As my doula sis @lunadoula put it, all the kiddos, no matter our age 😉, had loads of fun!

Special thank you to Unique of @bmoremomz for helping to coordinate and host with me! It was also so heartwarming to see our client @spirituallyunique_ and her beautiful family! Thank you to our graduate fellow @courtsworld_ for all your help as well!

…So I’ve been meaning to ask y’all something… Will you be my Valentine?👀💕♥️💝

If you check yes, i’m challenging you to choose one thing you want to be intentional about for the rest of the month of February.

🌹Maybe you…

💕…start reading that book you’ve been putting off?
🌹…get back into working out?
💕…be intentional about taking your vitamins in the morning!
🌹…want to be more purposeful with time spent off your phone?
💕…want to be more intentional about self care?

♥️Whatever it may be please leave it in the comments and share so we can support you, as well as tag us when your doing whatever you chose to be intentional about♥️

💕Affirmation: I give myself the unconditional love and care I deserve.💕
