Erykah Badu doesn’t just perform. She creates moments in time.

A living architect of sound, style, and spirit, @erykahbadu continues to move culture in ways only she can. Her presence on stage is never just a performance. It’s an experience.

Captured live during her performance at @essencefest 2025 in New Orleans, where artistry, legacy, and Black excellence share the same stage.

2025 taught me to take risks.

It showed me who truly supports me and who benefited from my kindness without good intentions. It also reminded me of what really matters in life and that is the people you love.

Stepping into 2026 hopeful, humble, and trusting God to lead the way. There is no competition. Your vision is yours alone.
When God orders your steps, failure is not an option.

Every frame. Every move. Every decision is aligned with purpose.

A moment in time. ✨

Two women whose presence shaped a generation, in a room filled with quiet awe. Watching them interact, laugh, and simply be was something special to witness.

Living Single was a staple for my generation. The impact of that show still lingers in the culture and in us.

Being able to document @erikaalexanderthegreat and @kimcoles during Essence Festival 2025 is something I’m deeply grateful for. 🤍

2025 wasn’t too bad at all 😊
