No egos. Just respect. Two teammates, one brutal day on the floor, and a handshake that says it all. This is what it’s about.

🇺🇸 Some moments end when the clock hits zero. And others stay with us forever ❤️‍🔥 @kallpaultimate was so much more than a competition. Months of preparation turned into three days of adrenaline, effort, hugs, tears, cheers, and dreams coming true. We watched athletes push beyond their limits, families and friends cheering from the stands, teams celebrating together, and an entire community bringing every stage to life. Behind every image, there’s a story. Behind every finish, countless hours of hard work. And behind KUC, hundreds of people who made it possible to experience something we’ll never forget. Thank you to every athlete who trusted us. To everyone who traveled to be here. To the families, the crowd, the staff, judges, volunteers, brands, and everyone who was part of this edition. The competition may be over, but what we experienced together will stay with us 🫂❤️‍🔥 This was KUC 2026. This was Ecuador 🇪🇨 And this story is only beginning. Thank you for making it unforgettable. 🎬 @leonrw__ // @danielperilla.film // @mauvisual_ @wzalatamcup // @crossfitlatam

When things get steamy at the early morning sessions… I’ve been wanting to capture a shot like this for a while now. Really happy I got the sunlight just right and caught the steam rising.

🔥 BUILDING BETTER HABITS Strength first. Then earn your conditioning. 🏋️ STRENGTH Clean 5×1 @ 83% Strict Press 5×3 @ 82% 🔥 METCON — 4 ROUNDS FOR TIME 12 Power Cleans 15 Push-Ups 20 Box Step-Overs 250m Row 🎯 STIMULUS Today starts with heavy, technically sound strength work before transitioning into a moderate-volume conditioning piece. The power cleans should feel strong and repeatable—choose a load that allows quick singles or small touch-and-go sets without turning the workout into another max-strength session. Push-ups and step-overs will steadily build upper-body and leg fatigue, while the 250m row should be attacked at a hard but sustainable pace. The goal is consistency: keep transitions short, avoid long breaks, and try to hold roughly the same round pace from start to finish. Target: 10–15 minutes Feel: 🏋️ Strength → 🔥 Muscular endurance → 🫁 Engine Build strength. Build capacity. Build better habits. @nomadtraininghq #NomadTrainingHQ #BuildingBetterHabits #CrossFit #FunctionalFitness #StrengthTraining Clean StrictPress PowerClean Metcon Conditioning HybridTraining Fitness TrainHard EarnYourFitness

Throwback: 2024 @rebelrenegadegames Sometimes the athletes get super powers, like the ability to play piano mid-workout. Another thing I love capturing is that moment an athlete digs deep and finds the strength for one for rep, one more lift or one more full send on the dreaded assault bike. Those moments make a sport like CrossFit so fun to capture 💪
