Have you ever wanted a little more coverage, but none of your options felt quite right?

Sweats can feel bulky. Oversized tees can swallow your outfit. Skorts don’t always give you the coverage you want. And tying a shirt around your waist? We’ve all been there.

We thought there had to be a better option.

That’s why we created the Original Pump Cover. 🖤

A flattering design with front and back coverage, lightweight and breathable fabric, and the functionality to move with you.

It’s made to complement your outfit, not hide it under another layer.

Wear it to train, run errands, grab coffee, or whenever you want a little extra coverage without compromising the look you love.

Because wanting more coverage shouldn’t mean settling for something bulky, shapeless, or uncomfortable.

We designed the middle ground.

The Original Pump Cover — coverage that meets you halfway.

Shop yours through the link in our bio. 🖤

Here for a locked in workout & a good pump- whatever outfit that makes YOU feel good in. Duh <3 little rage bait hook sorry ~ but seriously tho. when I get lowkey self conscious or having a bad body dysmorphia day, baggy clothes and pump cover helps me just not look all the time in the mirror and not nit pick at myself. It’s okay to have bad days. They wouldn’t exist if we always had good days.

Pump cover from @covertactivewear use code ‘NOOBIE’ 10% off! :)

Our bodies are meant to move, get stronger, be challenged, and recover. 💪🏼💆🏻‍♀️ And that’s exactly why I love this partnership with @fitnessimpact_805

Fitness Impact gives you the space to show up, push yourself, and build strength, and Tactical Massage Therapy is here to help your body recover so you can keep doing the things you love.

I can speak from experience too! I’ve only been a Fitness Impact member for a short time, and I’m already feeling stronger and more motivated to keep going. Their coaches are encouraging, the workouts challenge you, and it’s such a great environment to be a part of.

Taking care of your body isn’t just about the workout it’s about what you do before, during, and after.

Get moving. Get stronger. Recover. And keep showing up for yourself. 💪🏼❤️

MY GYM GIRLIES! Sometimes you want to take one layer off… but you’re not ready to go without coverage completely. 👀

That’s exactly why we made the Original Pump Cover.

Lightweight, breathable, flattering, and easy to keep on when you want a little more coverage without feeling like you’re hiding underneath a giant tee.

Take it off. Keep it on. Wear it how you want.

The whole point is having the option. 🖤

Been in my bubble & I have been loving it here BUT.. I also know that I need to & want to get back to some thinggggss I’ve put on pause.

Growth looks different for us all. I always say to give yourself grace & let things flow.. but that’s not as easy when you have a lot going on. Life gets hard & that’s OKAY!

What I found that helps✨

Acknowledging your own process
Normalizing the emotions that come up
Validating your experiences
Knowing there’s a greater purpose
Being considerate of others
Trusting your intuition
& having patience with your journey

Remind yourself, that we are ALL evolving, becoming, & growing! You are more capable than you think.🌹

Through it all, we really have no choice but to keep going. Your mind is your safe space—an extension of yourself. The way you speak to yourself becomes the way you show up for others… and if that doesn’t align, then how are you actually holding up?

Yes, some things are easier said than done. But without the constant push and pull we experience in life, we wouldn’t truly be living—feeling, experiencing, or growing.

We all go through hard things—different intensities for each of us—but we’re all capable of choosing the direction we move in.

I’ve been embracing the intense, heightened feelings for what they are, and in doing that, I’ve come to realize everything I needed to clear up mentally and emotionally.

You probably don’t need to hear this—you’re doing an amazing job navigating life’s chaos—but it’s worth remembering that every version of yourself serves a purpose. Exploring those parts only gives you a deeper understanding of who you are as a whole.

Everything around us is in motion, constantly changing. Every decision you make opens a new space for experience and growth. Take action, open those doors for yourself, and trust who you are in the choices you make. Commit to what you know you’re capable of, and watch yourself adapt and grow into everything you’re meant to be. 🌹
