When someone says “trust me” I usually doubt. Once Ahmadge had successfully crossed back and forth on the basketball ball court, his next trick… walking over me. You can see his hesitation, yet we demonstrated trust/circus for the entire class. Circus = mitigating risk for tangible rewards Ahmadge is a 5th Grader at Sixth District in @covingtonkygov . I spent Easter in Las Vegas with former student and professional artist @cornell_freeney. We shared countless memories over dinner with his family at his home. Cornell started his own @unitycircusproject and he thinks 4th & 5th grade is the target age! Thanks to Covington Schools and The R.C. Durr Foundation for providing circus for the 4th & 5th graders at Sixth District. Happy World Circus Day! May 29th Sixth District Circus Mojo will perform at Graduation. Tune In, Be There, Join the circus see the world! #worldcircusday #stiltwalker #circus #trust #fifthgrade

I walked in curious… and left completely obsessed!! 🤤 Ashak Chipalu & his mother Rose originally opened Bridges Nepali Cuisine in Cincinnati in 2015 & they have grown to 4 locations, including Covington. This was my 1st experience trying Nepalese food & I’m now a customer for life! Not only was the food amazing, but the people were also so friendly & the ambiance is vibrant & welcoming. They really make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. ❤️ I tried a Rice Bowl with Aromatic Chicken, Mixed Veggies, Mixed Lentils & Spicy Sauce and Chicken & Rice Samosas with this sweet & spicy sauce that I could literally eat every day. Each bite is bursting with authentic Nepalese flavors that wrap your taste buds in a warm hug! My favorite bites were the Rice Bowl & that Samosa sauce that I could probably eat on everything! This is the kind of place that turns first-timers into regulars… authentic, unforgettable & absolutely worth the hype! 🥂 @bridgesnepalicuisine 📍 11 W 7th St, Covington, KY 41011 https://www.bridgesnepalicuisine.com/ Instagram & TikTok: @biteswithmissb #biteswithmissb #viral #foodie #support smallbusiness
