Unfinished business. ✅
4:09:55 —> 3:33:50 PR

If you were to tell my 350 pound self that’d I’d be running marathons in 2.5 years, I woulda laughed.

When I started, I used to do 5k in 50 minutes - that basically averages out to a brisk walk.

Crazy how much your life can change when you start doing the shit you’ve been telling yourself you’d do for years.

If you’re in a place you think there’s no coming back from, I promise you it is possible.

You just gotta believe. Hopefully this helps with that.

Can’t wait for next year.

Sometimes you just need to get out your own way. One places excuses of why certain things can’t be done without ever taking action. You havent even begun and you already set yourself up for failure. I had read about the #75hard program, I had seen peoples success stories, but it was @bishoikhella transformation that was just like, holy shit!! Weeks before I was having convos w friends, days before I had already made excuses as to why I wouldn’t be able to do it… my job, my kids, my wife, not enough time… then Weds July 5th, we flipped the switch!! If you feel stuck, then move, you’re not a f’ckin tree!! 🗣️ ACTIONS TAKEN TODAY GUARANTEES TOMORROWS RESULTS!!! 58/75 days #75hard #75hardarmy #livehard #conqueringmountains #1stphorm #tupuedes #ganas #consistency #mindset #BeRelentless

This life is a privilege.

Had the opportunity to meet one of my transformers I have the privilege to help in the 1st Phorm app in person.

What an experience it was.

Mike is an individual that truly set the standard and lead from the front.

But like anyone wasn’t always that.

Mike came in and didn’t have it all figured out right?

Truly who does?

It took time to get to the point he was at.

The reason I do want to share his story is cause you can have anything in life as long as you’re willing to work for it.

Cause he simply did just that.

No wraps, no fad diets, no starving yourself, and running miles on miles.

It was simple steps that led him to who he is today.

Track his food in the 1st phorm app.

Hit calories and protein.

Drink 120oz of water.

Walked 45-60 mins every day.

Work out 3-5 days a week.

Took foundation supplements which were for him… Opti greens, level-1, full mega, micro factor, and post-workout (Phormula-1 & Ignition)

At times we all focus on what others doing.

Like I did in my journey complicate the process but it was meant to be simple and it can be as long as you think of it that way.

It’s not easy every day but the more you stay consistent, consistent actions create consistent results!

You can do this don't let anyone tell you other wise.

All gas no brakes. And the best is yet to come for my man!

They say you become the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.

Are you raising the average of your group or are you anchoring it down?

Whether you like it or not, there is an unspoken creed, an unspoken standard, among your friend group.

How high is that standard?

Are you living up to it?

Your future and the future of the people that depend on you is dictated by how you spend your time now.

What meaningful things in life come for free?

What meaningful things come without blood sweat and tears?

Nothing.

Don’t be fooled.

Anything that yields long term success must be worked for.

Let’s get it 💪
