Zedruu and Gishath had a baby and it's a Dack 🦆

This Commander from the new Precon is crazy strong! We pretend to be the nice guy giving creatures away, doing grouphug things, but actually we got it all planned...

Just make sure that before we donate creatures with our Commander's ability, we resolve our creature's etbs first on our side of the field.

And then we make sure that player A gets all the bangers so that player is clearly the threat. The creatures are goaded, so they can't harm us anyway. 😀

And the best rule in Commander gets in to our advantage here: When player A is taken out, all our creatures get back to our control immediately. Nice! 😆😍

Also there's Homeward Path that we can seatch for to get control of all creatures that we own back. Yeah! Thanks for keeping I guess. 😇😅😂😂

Ingris Infect Stingerquill is a great Commander for an infect tribal theme.

Our opponents will get sick of it ... but in style! 😀

Yes, Ingris Stingerquill's effect works that way that whenever a creature we control attacks, the creature that attacks respectively deals 1 damage to the opponent while the Commander is on the field, so when the attacking creature happens to have Infect, yes, that counts as the attacker giving 1 poison counter already to the defending player regardless of if the attack does through to deal combat damage to the opponent or not. And if it does, it's obviously additional poinson counters within every attack.

And a friendly reminder to those not aware: When a player at any time in a game has ten or more poison counters, the person concerned loses the game no matter what life points they have etc.

So especially in a 40 life format as Commander, that's pretty neat to have fast games.

Meria, Scholar of Antiquity is a very underplayed but super fun artifacts commander if you like Urza-like Gruul combos.

In fact the commander's abilities are so strong that we just have to keep her on the board and have a lot of 0 and 1 cost artifacts in our deck to really keep going! And going off like this, casting like 20 spells sometimes in one turn is super fun!

What we wanna achieve if we can is to get two out of the following three out:
Traxos Scourge of Kroog, Traxos Eternal Scourge and Battered Golem.
Each time we cast an artifact, probably a free one from the top, we untap them. And Meria says that when we tap two nontoken artifacts, we can play the next card from our library. We also can tap each artifact for green mana, so we can always cast more costly spells as well to keep going. Mystic Forge helps to clean lands away if we need to. And we can tap our Winter Orb, Storage Matrix, Static Orb and Howling Mine for mana so they only affect our opponents. 😉

As we get so much green mana from artifact tapping, we block the ground by painting it red with Blood Moon effects including Zhao the Moon Slayer.
Vandalblast plus Mycosynth Lattice is always a featured combo and Storm Cauldron screws opponents, too, while we are the mana rocks deck.
Grinding Station and Altar of the Brood can mill them out, too, if damage doesn't do it, while we attack with equipped Improvised Arsenal and Nettlecyst at those who are not immune.

Payoffs are creatures like Faldorn, who provides us with a 2/2 green Wolf token for each spell we play from exile and you know, that's exactly what we're gonna do! 😄🐺
Other cards ping whenever we cast a spell and the Hellkite Tytant allows us to win the game if we control 20 or more artifacts. :D 😀

When everyone’s playmats are on point. ✨

This game was SO much fun. 💜

And if you don’t already follow them, you should! Go give them some love. 🥰

Definitely one of those games where the playmats deserved their own post. 😂

Follow me for more MTG collecting, commander shenanigans, and cardboard appreciation. 💜

This deck is for those who don't only wanna proliferate once, because here we proliferate twice. ✌️

Years ago I built a Pir & Toothy deck when Battlebond just came out, but it always felt kinda weak to me. But now with the new - and the old - Ezuri and being able to turn the good-overall proliferate mechanic also into carddraw, it's getting there for sure.

Also so many cool and kinda-scary Tyranids from the Warhammer40K set got a home there very quickly, the deck was put together like a non-brainer as the synergies were all logic and wild at the same time.

And Malanthrope can do it's thing again and eat up Meren player's graveyard (unless I want to target myself again like I just did when playing against someone with Meren to give them heart attacks and then a very big smile all in just seconds).

And I get to run the cute little Spike Weaver =]
