What fuels coastal rowers? We asked Raphael and Samuel DE BOUSSAC 🇫🇷 about their race-day menu.

The science is simple:
Row hard ➡️ Burn everything ➡️ Eat everything ➡️ Repeat.

What's your go-to pre-race or post-race meal? 👇😄

Thanks @nancy.heslin

Back from my third @cpa2.rowing race (one of the most elegant coastal rowing regatta so far I think), carrying a collection of unforgettable moments and invaluable connections again that continue to shape this journey, memories I’ll treasure for a long time that make this sport truly special 🚣🏿🌍✨🇹🇷

As Team @beachblastproject , we delivered a strong performance in a tough field full of world-class legends. Every bit of coastal rowing chaos unfolded (collisions, waves and more 🌊🚣🏾‍♀️) and that’s exactly what makes this sport special🔥😎⚡️

Monaco, you are always magical for me 🇲🇨🧚

And of course… every photo has a story behind it 👀✨📸

🇬🇧 Mixed double in Monaco Bay.
A fast, aggressive race with a world-class field for the 20th Prince Albert II Challenge.

🇬🇧 CW1x — The Women’s Single scull delivered an exceptionally technical race in Monaco Bay.
Tight buoy turns, shifting waves and constant accelerations pushed the athletes to their limits.
A race of precision, strategy and pure determination.
