One year of working out with Christina deserves a celebration that showcases her achievements.. She came to us needing shoulder surgery, wanting to lose weight, and establish a healthier lifestyle and routine. One year later I am ecstatic to report that she no longer needs shoulder replacement surgery, she has lost 35+ pounds, and is down over 10% of body fat. through consistency she transformed her life. I am honored to be a part of your transformation and cannot wait to see what the future brings.
