Our 4th and 5th graders got a taste of what’s possible when creativity and dedication combine! Thank you to CPMA’s Jazz Band and Dance Group for sharing your talent, energy, and artistry with our students. 🎷💃🏻 CPMA offers an excellent pathway for students to continue expressing their creativity through the arts. We hope our TIGERs consider auditioning! ✨ @cpmamiddleschool @sandiegounified #bettersd

First day of Student teaching vs Last day of Student teaching.
.
2nd picture - I got a class picture with my Beginning Theatre kids
.
The 3rd photo is myself & some 8th grade Tech & Theatre students that I got to work with this year :)
.
The last photo is me with my two AMAZING mentor teachers. Before starting this program I thought I knew what it meant to be a good teacher, but after working with both of these fabulous women I genuinely know how to be a good teacher. I feel so ready to take on the world & run my own Theatre program because of their guidance, wisdom & support.

As we approach our Spring Concert, Edges & Angles, we’ll be sharing recent CPMA Dance events. First up, Modern Juries! Our Dance Forms students took the Black Box stage with poise and professionalism at the beginning of April. We are so proud of the growth they have showcased.
