I can’t believe, it’s been nearly a week, since our enriching Yoga and Ceremonial Retreat in Western France 🇫🇷
It touches my heart, to have witnessed the transformation of these incredible women, who showed up for themselves, fully embracing many new experiences, going beyond their comfort zones, embodying courage, trust and a deeper love in themselves, whilst creating new friendships, new hobbies, a new soul family.
It was a pure pleasure and privilege.
in Gratitude to each one of you, and my magnificent soul sister @cquinnvegan , nourishing us all with her delicious heart centred plant based meals and being my co pilot on many levels and my beautiful daughter Jade, my precious Jewel it was a so wonderful to have you with us for the 5 nights your assistance and support was truly appreciated 🙏🏽 💚🥰🙌🌸

My new Beltaine Oracle cards arrived timely for our Spring Awakening weekend retreat on 3rd May in Dorset, so excited, I can’t wait to see our beautiful guests and hold a loving container for them, and all that they are carrying in their lives right now.
We have set the retreat intentions for renewal and transformation, but that is Just the framework for all that needs to be revealed , unpacked and released for their own personal healing journeys.
I have spent time myself this weekend on a 24 hour retreat reset having a deep loving space held for me, to. be a better version of me in preparation for holding Space next weekend.
The work on our personal healing is an ongoing journey, so proud of all who step up to do the work on themselves.
We have a weekend ahead of, Celebration, Ceremony, Song, Movement, Cleansing and connection. there are day passes available for Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th , Dm me for more details.
We are one, Love is all that matters💚💚💚🙏🏽🙏🏽
