🎄 The holidays test you on purpose. 🎄

Tables stacked with temptation.
Plates dressed like tradition.
Recipes passed down that pass down disease right along with memories. 🍽️

Everybody’s eating.
Everybody’s celebrating.
But not everybody is thinking about tomorrow.

Discipline doesn’t take holidays.
Your body doesn’t recognize “Christmas” — it only recognizes what you feed it. 🧠🔥

You don’t have to be rude.
You don’t have to preach.
You just have to be aware.

Sometimes wellness looks like a full plate you don’t touch.
Sometimes it’s saying no while everyone else says “just one bite.”
Sometimes it’s choosing respect for your future over comfort in the moment. 🛡️

Food is either fuel or a contract you sign with your own body.
Read the fine print before you bite. ✍🏾

Protect your temple — even when the music’s loud and the table is full. 🕯️
