I read a book when I was 13 years old, and it extracted a quote from Walt Disney - “if you can dream it, you can do it”. And I’ve lived with this quote all through my career🥹
2022 was a year of promotion indeed. That was the prayer that spread across on January 1st, 2022. I never expected that it would reflect in my life.
Even family, friends, and ex-coworkers of mine have experienced such promotion in their lives. And I’m grateful for us 🥹 grateful for what God has done for all of us this year 💪🏽
Here’s a highlight of my career in 2022:

1. Resigned from my role as TikTok Channel Manager at Pulse Nigeria (I totally cried after my send forth🥹 Pulse was my second home, not just a workplace)
2. Got a new role as the TikTok manager at OkayAfrica (and I’m slaying it!)
3. Moved to a new country for my Master’s degree (and I love it here!)
4. Had a promotion at work (🙈☺️)
5. Conducted my first interview as a writer (nervous, but it was good)
6. Travelled to a distant city alone to conduct an interview for a school project 😅 this might not be a big deal, but it was for me 🙈
