Have you ever walked up to someone after a meeting and said:

💜 “I enjoyed your comment.”
💜 “Great talk.”
💜 “Nice part in the CLM.”

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with those compliments.But I realized something…

The compliments people remember most aren’t always the kindest—they’re often the most specific.

When we tell someone exactly what encouraged us, which illustration stayed with us, or why their demonstration helped us, we do more than compliment them.

💜 We let them know their effort mattered.
💜 We strengthen our friendships.
💜 We glorify Jehovah by encouraging one another.

One thing that has really helped me is writing down meaningful comments, public talk points, demonstrations, and spiritual gems in my JW Treasures From God’s Word Workbook.

Then later, instead of relying on memory, I can encourage that brother or sister with something genuine and specific.
