Beautiful moon gathering this week. Wonderful people, always aligned 🙏🏾💫✨ The energies have been wild this week! So reconnection with Earth and a sharing of gratitude was much needed for many of us.
If you like this track, make sure you follow @emilielierre who performed live for us and blessed our ears and souls. I do believe you can watch her latest video on YouTube as well and find her albums on Spotify 🫶🏾💫✨
The moon song, a cloudy moon rise over the water, how blessed we are to live by the sea 🌊

SMALL JOYS

One thing I’ve learnt about gratitude is the mighty power of a small joy (crumbs of joy as I call them). Often tiny moments in a day you might over look 👀 Or nice things that happen that you don’t engage in, too busy or searching for the bigger, juicier stuff.

I’m not sure if it’s my emphasis on kindness today but I’ve been hyper aware of any small joy that came my way.

〰I soaked up the beauty of the seafront on a dog walk (sun on the sea looked like diamonds)
〰Chatted to a new friend, listening and learning with great intrigue.
〰Carved out some self kindness and soaked up every second.
〰Listened to birdsong and wind move through the trees with more intent.
〰Checked in with good friend because I missed her.
〰Washed and prepared my new veg box with same love and care it was grown (I actually smelt each item 😂)
〰Sent messages of kindness and gratitude.
〰Finished an audio book and enjoyed the thrill of actually finishing a book!

We all lead different lives and our joys will differ BUT they are always there, we just need to notice them. Gratitudes job is to highlight them and that helps us see them again.

💌 If you’re struggling to see them then I’m here 🤗 A workshop, a coaching session a connection call. Reach out.

Friday Feeling

Feeling the sun on my face this morning and the cold air cycling in, listening to memory provoking tunes from @robotheartcommunity @burningman brought back a flood of emotions and feelings!

I long too return to this amazing coming together of community, friendship and love. Whenever normal is normal and we can hug a stranger and dance together. 🕺🏾

This Michelle. Fun seeker, TGHC supporter and earring enthusiast. Seeing her look so happy in our @pollyfrancesdesign collaboration earrings fills me with so much joy 🥰

Life isn’t always easy or kind, and capturing this moment of @crang1972 today means so much right now 💘

If you’ve ever brought anything from TGHC club...gratitude cards, postcards, T-shirt, tote bag or earrings I hope they make you happy.

If you’re the sharing kind, I’d love to see them out in the world. Use the #thegratefulheartsclub or comment below ⬇️

DAY 8: HOLIDAY⠀
⠀
I’m so lucky and grateful to have had so many adventures abroad with friends. There is a certain magic that occurs when you get away together✨⠀
⠀
That simultaneous pressing in of the button, as you escape reality and immerse yourself in another part of the world 🎉⠀
⠀
Soaking up the culture like sponges, trying to master the lingo, furiously eating and drinking your way around, like all the good stuff might just suddenly run out 😂⠀
⠀
I smile every time I think of these holidays, I cherish every single memory and am forever thirsty for more 💘⠀
⠀
What type of holidays make you feel alive? 😎
