Hosted a @crankitupmtb clinic on Saturday morning, got to see @foreignerlive & @skynyrd at night, and hung out with @bear10gear at the @arkansas_enduro_series on Sunday! The community here rocks! Shout out to all the amazing and Badass women that race the Enduro! Watch the difference from my first drop to my last one in this reel — small fixes, big payoff. Trained with @annekebeerten and it’s wild what fine-tuning the little things can do. Small adjustments to my position and timing made all the difference. Here we are! After two years of working behind the scenes, I’m getting ready to launch my own Mountain Bike Apparel brand: BEAR10 🤘 What started as an idea slowly turned into something very real. I always felt like there was still room for improvement in mountain bike gear, especially on the women’s side, and I wanted to challenge myself to create something of my own. Two years later… a few more gray hairs, sleepless nights, endless revisions, sizing charts, sample testing, factory calls, problem solving, and learning everything along the way, I’m finally getting close to launching the apparel!! This video series is a raw behind-the-scenes look into the process of building BEAR10 from scratch. Episode 1 shares footage from the very beginning: sketches, first samples, fit testing, logo design, and all the ups and downs along the way… with my sidekick Fisher always nearby 🐾 The official launch of BEAR10 will be at the Bentonville Bike Festival, June 12–14. If you’re there, come swing by the booth — I’d love to show you the products firsthand. 🛠️ Quick tip! If you ever lose one of your cleat bolts, you can take a rotor bolt and use that for your cleats, so you can finish your ride! Also… I know I said 5 rotor bolts, I meant 6 🤪 Back in the day we’d even race with just 4 to save weight… crazy times haha! 😂 If you do take a bolt out, make sure to put it back after your ride. I normally carry a spare, but I used mine on something else last week. 🚨 What’s Cooking Update 🔥 Two photos, 30 years apart… not much has changed! Still catching air with friends and living the dream on two wheels. Grateful for all my past and current sponsors, the people who support me, the fans, and everyone I get to meet through @crankitupmtb. I currently have a lot of pies in the oven baking… 🥧 👚 My new mountain bike apparel line @bear10gear will be launching early summer 2026. Almost two years in the making, I’ve learned a lot, gained a few more gray hairs, and I’m super pumped on the gear we’ll be dropping soon. 🚲 I’ve also been working part-time as Director of Development helping set up the framework for the bike school at the brand new @oztrailsbikepark. There will be an onsite bike school, and it’s going to be awesome! 🧳 Next week you can find me at @tennesseenationalmtb with my mini-me @emma_zakaras who will be racing there.
