🇵🇷 CUP SPARTA 2026 — WHAT AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE! 🏆🤼‍♀️

What an honor and a blessing it was to represent TEAM USA 🇺🇸 at Cup Sparta in beautiful Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷

I’m coming home with more than just medals. I’m bringing back amazing memories, new friendships, and an experience I’ll never forget!

🥇 1st Place — Girls 12–13 Division
🥈 2nd Place — Girls 14–15 Division

I had the opportunity to step on the mat against some incredibly talented and tough girls who pushed me to give my best in every match. Nothing but respect for every one of them!

A HUGE thank you to @clubspartawrestling for hosting such an amazing tournament and giving us the opportunity to compete .

Special thanks to all the TEAM USA coaches 🇺🇸 for being in my corner, believing in me, guiding me, and helping me fight through every match. I’m truly grateful for your support! 🙏

And Puerto Rico… WOW! 🇵🇷The food, the culture, the beautiful beaches, and most importantly, the amazing people made this trip even more special! I really hope to come back next year!

One thing I love most about wrestling is that it has taken me to places I never imagined, introduced me to incredible people, and helped me build friendships that go way beyond the wrestling mat.

I’m beyond thankful for every opportunity, every lesson, every victory, and even every tough match. There’s still so much to learn and so much more to accomplish!

The journey doesn’t stop here! Back to work, back to training, and back to chasing bigger dreams! I wanna thank @schoolofgrapplingli @crashgwc @baysidetsma for always getting me ready for my competitions.

Summer Nationals 2026 was an unforgettable experience! ❤️

I’m beyond grateful to have finished as a Summer Nationals Champion in both Freestyle and Folkstyle in the 12U 125 lb division, competing against some incredibly talented girls.

I was also honored to be invited to represent Team Armbar Militia in the 12U 130 lb Freestyle and Folkstyle Duals. Wrestling alongside such an amazing group of athletes was an incredible experience, and together we brought home 2nd place in both Freestyle and Folkstyle Duals! 🥈

To top it all off, I was humbled to be voted Team MVP. 🙏

I finished the tournament 12-0, undefeated, and every match taught me something new. I also had the opportunity to meet @skygrote , which made the weekend even more special.

A huge thank you to my family, coaches, teammates, and everyone who stood in my corner, believed in me, shared advice, and supported me every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️ Always Dare to be great 👑 #SummerNationals #GirlsWrestling #FreestyleWrestling #FolkstyleWrestling #ArmbarMilitia

Although Fargo did not end the way I wanted it to, the biggest heartbreak came from knowing it was the last time these two men were going to be standing in my corner. Coach Ping and my dad have been in my corner since the beginning of my wrestling career. It’s hard to put into words how important these two are to me.

I met Ping the summer before 8th grade, and he’s been like a second father ever since. Some people, despite the last name, even think he is my dad. I was lucky enough to have him as both my club and high school coach. He is one of the greatest people to enter my life and I would not be the wrestler or person I am today without him.

My dad gave me my love and dedication for this sport which is something I could never thank him enough for. He has always believed in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself. He went above and beyond, even helping sanction girls wrestling across New York so athletes like me could chase our dreams. Not having him by my side through this next part of my journey is going to be something I’ll never get used to.

And of course, my mom. While she wasn’t the one in my corner coaching, none of this would’ve been possible without her. From taking me to practices and making me specific foods for my diet to booking flights and hotels and spending full weekends at tournaments, she’s been there every step of the way.

Thank you to every girl, boy, coach, family member, and parent that has supported me throughout my high school career.

Onto the next @cowgirlwrestling 🔜
