WHEW, I am going to miss the city I’ve called home for over 25 years! I’ve left and come back a couple of times for school and jobs since first moving here with my family in 2000 but this time hits different. I have met THE most amazing ppl here. And man, there have been some lows 😮‍💨 but the highs have been indescribable. Atlanta isn’t perfect but it’s damn near imo. I felt seen and I felt loved and most of all, it was FUN. In between packing and getting things together, I made sure to fill up this past month with even more memories. I’ll be back to visit all the time though lol so I’m sure you’ll see me around but until next time! FILA, 💕

✨Crates & Convos was Smooth Criminally good. ✨
From the moment the music started, everybody was ready to Rock With You.
The food? On point.
The drinks? On point.
The vibes? Absolutely Off the Wall.

Nothing beats watching people vibe out to the legendary hits of Michael Jackson while tapping into their creativity with coloring pages, great conversations, and good energy all around.

Thank you, @cratesandconvos for using our space to create a night that truly Remembered the Time. 🖤🎶

I stepped into a whole vibe at the Michael Jackson edition of Crates & Convos (@cratesandconvos) hosted by @janeqpubliq & @animal_brown.

Curated sounds, great people, live DJ, intentional conversations, and @cafebartique set the tone.

Stay locked in with @cratesandconvos for their next experience.

Another successful @cratesandconvos under the belt! 106 & Park Edition! We love being the hosting spot for this event.

Something nostalgic for our Millenials was needed. Something to remind you of the simpler days of only worrying who took the #1 Spot for the week.

We meant it when we said our shop is for our community! Thank you to everyone who came out!

This is a clip from a moment I captured at @cratesandconvos back in November.

It reminded me that sometimes we can talk ourselves out of things when we have everything we need to succeed. If we just trust ourselves and go for it without overthinking, we will prosper!!

I was simply recording myself, not knowing this segment was coming up and without even giving it a second thought, I threw my hand up to participate in trivia.

A few moments later…

I won and received a gift card! 🙌🏾

That is the message. Read it again.

As a self-proclaimed music enthusiast, my experience @cratesandconvos truly felt like a grown kickback with family vibes, meeting new people, sharing favorite melodies; while revisiting songs that either took us back in time or those that didn't touch our soul as much. Side A or Side B? (Insider...Pull up & you'll see)😉🎶✨

The atmosphere was set by three dynamic hosts, warm energy, BYOB, and even crayons to tap into our inner child.

Trust me, go follow @cratesandconvos and thank me later. See y’all there!
